Participants must make a qualifying purchase from the Rhythm Planet Store to enter the GDS: Dance Off Contest (Only). The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above. For participants under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

Entry Requirements:

Contestants must submit their video performance (2–4 minutes long) in MP4 format through the designated submission process before the contest deadline. Each qualifying purchase permits one contest entry unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Submission Guidelines:

Contestants submissions must adhere to the contest theme and guidelines. All content must be original and free from copyright infringement. Contestants agree that their video submissions, images, and content may be used by Global Dance Stars for promotion, distribution, website content, and all related channels without further compensation.

Judging Criteria:

Entries will be evaluated on creativity, technique, alignment with the contest theme, and popularity (based on views, likes, and comments).The judging panel's decisions are final and cannot be contested.

Prizes and Winners:

Prizes include cash rewards, merchandise or experiences, as specified in the contest details. Winners will be notified via email and publicly announced on the Global Dance Stars platform and YouTube Live. Cash rewards will be paid via PayPal within seven (7) business days of winner confirmation.

Ownership and Rights:

By entering, participants grant Global Dance Stars the perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display their submissions for promotional and marketing purposes. Participants waive any claims related to the usage of their submitted content by Global Dance Stars.

Disqualification:

Submissions containing inappropriate, offensive, or violations of copyrighted material will be disqualified. Failure to adhere to contest rules may result in disqualification.

Amendments:

Global Dance Stars reserves the right to modify contest terms, prizes, or schedules at its sole discretion.

Legal:

Contests are void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.
