3.1. Registration and Entry Fees

Participation in Global Dance Stars events requires registration and payment of the applicable entry fees:

Contest Events, Entry Fees, and Guidelines:

General Admission Event: $30 entry fee per participant (video). Prizes: 1st Place: $1,000, 2nd Place: $500 (Held Quarterly)

Global Dance Stars Dance Off Event: $30 entry fee per participant (video). Prizes: 1st Place: $2,5002nd Place: $1,500. Requires purchase of Global Dance Stars Exclusive Fashion at Rhythm Planet and showcased during video recording performance (Semi-Annually: January/July)

Group Event: $35 entry fee per participant (video). Prizes: 1st Place: $1,0002nd Place: $500 (Held Quarterly)

3.2. Winner Selection and Prizes

Winners are determined by the highest number of video views, comments, and likes on our official YouTube channel during the contest period.Winners will be announced live, listed on our website, and notified via email.By participating, contestants grant T-M-S written consent to upload and share their contest videos.

Prize payouts: Winners are paid via PayPal within seven (7) business days of the contest's conclusion.

3.3. Participation in Live Events

Participants must follow all event guidelines and safety protocols.T-M-S reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate contest rules or behave inappropriately.

3.4. Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by T-M-S.

3.5. Additional Terms

Participation in any event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and agreement to be featured in promotional materials associated with the event.

4. Purchases and Return Policy for Rhythm Planet

4.1. Purchases made through Rhythm Planet are subject to the following return policy:

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt .Digital items, custom orders, and event tickets are non-refundable.

4.2. For eligible returns, items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4.3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

All members are expected to uphold a respectful and supportive environment.Prohibited Conduct:Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks.Sharing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.Spam, unsolicited promotions, or fraudulent activity.Violations of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

6.3. Membership Requirements

Membership is open to individuals who share a passion for dance and agree to these Terms. Members must provide accurate information during registration and keep their profiles up-to-date.

By posting in the community, members grant T-M-S the right to use, share, or feature their content for promotional purposes.
